Grogan Graffam, P.C. said Dennis A. Watson was appointed by state Sen. Jay Costa, D-Forest Hills to a three-year term as a commissioner of the Independent Regulatory Review Commission, a panel charged with the oversight and review of proposed and existing rules issued by various state agencies.
Mr. Watson, who has more than 30 years of trial experience, has been president of Grogan Graffam since 1998 and a shareholder in the litigation practice group since 1983.
